OK, a little more info I have gotten.

The site owner is normally OK with adding structures. 
After all they add to his site offerings for the
others he rents to with out adding to his capital
outlay.  

However, he does not want a blatantly modern
structure.  So that becomes a rub.  Also, he needs to
be able to mow the area.  Both of these items must be
taked into consideration.

So, lets keep the discussion/ideas going, remembering
these 2 points.
