My concern was too many people sending a pre-reg and not showing up. This is
not unusual with feasts and I fear more so with it being included in the
site fee. As well, what if people don't pre-reg? Will people be able to opt
out of the meals so they don't put a burden on your group to overcook or run
out of food?

I guess I will send my pre-reg in since I hope to make it.

I think the answer is after the "OR"!!!

We are asking pretty please, that those that are attending to register
either through ACCEPS if you want to pay ahead of time and speed up your
time at gate OR send an email to Lady Muirin, the feast steward at
muirin at hotmail.com   We really need a good head count in order plan our food
for the weekend.  The deadline is this Friday, Feb 15th.  So take a moment
and send in your reservations.......you do not want to miss out on Seawinds
ALL WEEKEND FEAST!
