I posted this to the Houston lists, but missed Coastal. Since it was posted again today, thought I'd forward the full notice from the Houston Chronicle online.
Also, if you are still without power at home, Houston news crews posted that some YMCA were opening their doors for showers and cell/laptop rechargings, and they were waiving the membership requirements. You have to bring your own towels, soap/shampoos and shower shoes. Call your local Y to check it out. And don't forget your local libraries for web access, and some battery charging ability.
