[DFT] re:Exchequer class

I will be giving an exchequer class at Dragonsfire Tor Yule Revel Dec. 4. If 
you wish to participate you must email me by Dec. 1st so that I can have all 
the materials I will need to pass out. The time slot I have is from 1:00p.m. 
to 3:00 p.m.

Do not panic not everyone needs a 2 hour class. Let me know if you want the 
full version (exchequers and future exchequers this is for you). Or the 
abbreviated version (officers, finance committee)
