[DFT] Attn: Officers

OK guys.

  "Tails" is how it appears on the cover of the printed copy, and it is not
my idea. Genevieve, I thought the same thing the first time I saw
it.  Elspeth, this is our news letter for the Tor. We are unable to print it
right now because we don't have a chronicler.
