[DFT] Rapier Marshal is now Duke Gabriel

Greetings DFT,

I have great news, I am pleased to announce Duke Gabriel is now DFT’s
Rapier Marshal.  He will soon start Rapier and Cut and Thrust Practice.
Times and location will soon be announced.

Duke Gabriel is also DFT’s current Rapier Champion.

I would like to thank Mark for all of your service to our Canton as our
past Rapier Marshal.
