ES - Volunteers needed for rapier list mistress

Phillip White spoke to me a week or two ago about a friend of his who 
would like to be the Light Weapons List Mistress.  She was the list 
mistress at Defender and would very much like to do that again.  Please 
get with Phillip on the specifics of who this lovley lady is.
