ES - Judging Time

I have now been informed that the Laurel's Circle is tentatively scheduled for 1pm to 2pm on Saturday. (Thanks Ceinwin!)  Staying alert to the way time schedules slip, I would like to move the Judging on the Frugal Costuming Competition up to 3pm.  Please let me know if that causes problems for anyone.
