ES - Transporting weapons

When I came in a long time ago the first thing that was taught was how , when,
and where to handle a blade.

 First that anything over 4inches and double was illeagle to carry anywhere
except at events. 

Two _Never_ take a blade into a public place. 

Three always becarefull who and what is around you when you draw a blade and
you say "Clear". That word let all around you know that a blade had been drawn
and to becareful.

We need to pass this on to everyone.
