ES - Publishing rules...

I'm sorry, I utterly fail to see how requesting a clear, concise, published rule is a problem.

If we're going to turn people away from the list/event for wearing something which doesn't
meet some criteria, it our responsibility to make the criteria known.  Consider yourself
driving five hours to an event under the assumption that your footwear is a "reasonable
attempt".  Pretty ambiguous evaluation of your footwear...bet you'd be pretty pissed off
to get there and find that your idea of a "reasonable attempt" doesn't match that of the
locals.
