ES - fighter practice during the war

Someone asked if Steppes Wednesday rapier practice would happen during 
Gulf War. I checked with the acting Steppes rapier marshall, and 
although many, if not most, of the regular fighters will be at the War, 
the room at the rec center will be available for anyone who still wishes 
to practice.
