Hello, Elfsea!

  First, can someone please quote the Kingdom rules on the size/width of a
circlet a gentle may have?  I'm considering getting a nice one, and I don't
want to tread on toes.   Secondly, my household is considering getting a
pavillion, and we'd love to get some ideas from other people about who to
order from, who is reasonably inexpensive (ok, cheap), and who is reliable.
