I'm looking for Greek Titles, not Roman.

Or Greek versions of Roman/Latin titles.

Hi,
I know that the Roman Emperors hated the term "emperor". They
preferred the term "Pontifax Maximus".
It comes from the Latin root for bridge, and refers to the emperor's
duties as chief priest (a bridge between the sacred and profane). Pontiff
has
the same roots.
