I have conferred with:

- Sir Timo, Kingdom Youth Combat Marshal
- Centurion Romanus, Central Regional Youth Combat Marshal
- Lord Virgil, Knight Marshal of Elfsea
- Lord Valentyn, Regional Youth Rapier Marshal

And come to this:

I will be running a Youth Boffer Practice in
Elfsea, starting Sunday, August 1st, 3-5 pm,
at Randol Mill Park.

At present, it's just going to be on Sundays
(sorry Dunstan), but may expand to Wednesdays
if we get sufficient interest by kids _and_
potential marshals, as well as parents.

The rules aren't finalized yet, so we're 
experimenting using the rules published at
<http://southern.ansteorra.org/boffer.html>,
which are the 4.0 version of the "Youth Combat
Rules"; I've also seen hardcopies of these
rules floating about.

Obviously, since this is new to all of us,
no loaner armor is presently available.
