Well, I was trying to post that privately
to Arabella, but since the cat is out of the bag
as it were  :)

The reason why we are keeping it to three courses
is by request of HRH Drake.  He would like less time
to be spent serving, and more time eating and having
fun. There should be plenty of time for dancing and
general silliness after feast then  :)

Currently the Antipasti will be served "family
style" with a large platter for the entire table.
This will also allow folks to pick during the courses
and between the courses if they wish.

Since there will only be one "main course" I'm going
to make it a large one.  The portions should come out
to at least 8oz of Pork, 8oz of Chicken, 6oz of 
pasta, and 4oz of vegetable.  So bring your hunger  :)
