Galen, I thought I would run this past you before
posting it. I thought it
would be cute, but wanted to make sure that I was
correctly translating this
for you. Not everyone knows your sense of humor. If
this is OK, go ahead
and send it to the list.

Xene here:

For those who do not speak "Baron-ese", please allow me
to translate for Sir
Galen:

He said:
"What a terrible awful idea."

This means:
"I love it!!! I've been wanting to do it for a long
time." Sir Galen has
been known to speak with his tongue firmly planted in
his cheek.

Lord Elfsea then said:
"This will no doubt lead to misery and bloodshed."

Translates to:
"Yesss.... We can have an altercation (not a baronial
war) in order to fight
our friends and train our troops for Gulf War.
Yippeepee!!!!"

Next was:

"The only thing that would make it worse would be to
include Emerald Keep as
well."

Can only mean:

"We can get the whole Central Region involved!!!!!."

Lastly, His Excellency in his most Infinite Wisdom said:

"Do keep me posted."

Which seems like a simple statement, but really means:

"Being the warmonger that I am, I want to be intimately
involved with all
the details and planning." Being a good Baron means
being a leader, but
allowing others to run everything. Galen is a good
Baron.

In Service to Elfsea,

Mistress Xene
