Greetings Elfsea!

At business meeting, our fair Baroness suggested that we discuss ideas
for improving the display of Heraldry of Elfsea on banners, tabards,
etc, etc, etc for the coming Investiture at Springfaire. She thought a
good way to start would be a list of things we'd like to see. So I
figured I'd start the thread on the list with a list of things I'd like
to see Elfsea have, preferably before Springfaire. These include :

4 new Herald's tabards, styled like the ones we have now. They are
very period in design, and it would look SO good if every herald on the
list field, or walking the camps, had on the Baronial Arms.

Large banner of the Elfsea arms (3-4' across) that could be suspended
from a pole. This would be marvelous for processing in the B&B, for
processing the troops onto the field at War, and much more. Something
that looks good and is big that says ELFSEA is here.

The concept of ordering the new baronial coronets for the new B&B,
which we have already raised funds for, was brought up. I thought that
an empearled coronet (pearls at the top of points) made of silver, with
the baronial motto done in cut-work (Refuse no Enemy, Deny no Friend)
and above the motto a cut-work Escallop shell. This could then be worn
with a blue-velvet Cap of Maintence which would made the baronial
coronets appear to be blue and silver (our colors).

We have a pair of straight trumpets that the barony owns. Banners with
the Elfsea arms for those would be marvelous.

On the real simple level, a curtain to hang from the bottom of the
canton 'stage' that was blue would look nice. If you wanted to go
crazy it could be blue with the Or wavys all the way around.

Anyway, that's just a few of the ideas I've had. What would other
folks like to see to improve the look of the barony?
