ES - Heraldic Display in Elfsea

I briefly spoke to a few of you last night. I would be willing to make
banners and/or baldrics for the officers and will bring a sample to moot. I
believe I can accomplish this with little expense; a yard or 1 1/3 yard of
fabric should be enough for a banner and a baldric. If you like what I
bring to moot (I'll do A&S as a sample), I will need someone with some
woodworking skill to make poles or stands for the banners.
