ES - Brewing at Elfsea

Yes, absolutely.  The only contest that is novice is the one I am
sponsoring, and it's open to all categories.  The brewing contest is an
entirely different contest.  ALso at Spring Faire is a frugal garb contest
sponsored by the clothier's guild and the annual competition for the
baronial bard.
