ES - Brewing at Elfsea

As far as I'm concerned, anyone who wants to enter the brewing competition
is more than welcome to enter.  The categories are:  beer/ale, mead, wine,
and (for the first time this year) cordials.  The only requirement is that
you are willing to let us taste and judge your entry.
