[Elfsea] Iron Star Brigade and Arthurian Company Practice

Captain of the Arthurian Company-

After due consideration,  the joint practice/brigade practice that was
tentatively scheduled for Lughnasad is cancelled. There will not be a joint
practice in August, its too darn hot!
	The next combined practice will be after the mini tourney at Randal Mill
Park on July 15th at 2 PM.
	Don't forget the ballista challenge coming up at Elfsea Defender!. You
will only get two tries to fire ten times without a miss-fire or breakdown,
so get out your machines now and make sure they won't fall apart after a
few shots.
