I am sending in the order for this book after King's College.  I have one
paid order already.  I have also been in correspondence with Kristin Payne
for the details.

Based on the 40% discount for 2-19 orders, and including shipping and
handling, the price is approximately $30.00.  If we manage to get more than
19 orders, I will refund the difference in the discount.  All orders must be
prepaid as I will be putting the order on my credit card.

Delivery will be around late July.
