[Elfsea] Fighter Practice re-location

One comment.  Who was out for fighter practice today?  I saw 4 heavy
fighters (the usual people) and 4 rapier fighters (not the usual group - me,
Darius, Granya and a gentle from DFT whose name I sorrowfully forget).  And
a few others, like their excellencies.

BUT....

There was very littler being discussed about changing the fighter practice
site.

That being the case, why change it??

Except for the midweek practice?

Everything else seems  to be okay
