[Elfsea] fluent in German?

Sprechen sie Deutche? Actually, can you write German?  My
German is very limited, and I need to correspond with a
museum in Germany regarding a project I want to start.  I
have tried emailing them in English, but they have not
responded.  If you can help me draft a letter in German (and
translate any reply I might receive), please respond to me
privately. Many thanks for any assistance you can offer.
