[Elfsea] Sunday Practice 10/21

Rapier fighters are more than welcome!  I'm sure the KM of Steppes, Don
Miguel would be estatic if rapier fighters were to show up.  :)  I know Sir
Miguel always seems happy when extra rattan swingers are there, so I'm just
making an assumption. :)  But I know not if anything is planned.

Rapier?

The last time there was a joint practice (at Loch Ruadh), there were no
rapier fighters.  so what is the word on this one?
