[Elfsea] College of Three Bridges meeting days

The College meets on the 1st and 3rd monday of the
month.

Last week the 1st Monday was Labor Day, so we
rescheduled for Wednesday.

Again, the meetings are on Mondays and are at noon-ish
in Preston Hall on the UTA campus.  Signs are posted
inside the hall pointing to the direction of the
meeting room (for some reason it changes often).
