[Elfsea] where in Corpora is it?

I think the bigger problem is that large purchases
such as a vehicle have to be approved by the Society
Exchequer, because in reality, although we purchase
large items in the name of a group, they ultimately
belong to the SCA, Inc. (Please correct me if I am
wrong, as I no longer have a copy of the exchequer
handbook)
