[Elfsea] Archery in Fort Worth Parks

Well, it may be late (considering we are moving Fighter Practice to Vetran's
Park in Arlington), but I just got off the phone with Parks and Recreation
Department of Fort Worth (they returned my call from last week finally).
Archery is not allowed in Fort Worth parks unless the group wishing to have
archery there reserves and "rents" the park for that day as well as provide
security (Fort Worth Police) to make sure nothing untowed happens.

So, Fearghus, I guess I won't be going by and checking the two parks out
that I mentioned Monday night after all.
