[Elfsea] Archery in Fort Worth Parks

You know, this can be gotten around rather easily.

Lord Michael of the Fray went to Carrollton, and showed them the "arrows"
that we use - and they agreed that what we do is not archery per the
definition they intended when they made their rules.

Perhaps we could do the same here?  After all, I'm sure they don't require
rental of the park for kids using nerf "arrows" or those rubber-tipped toy
darts....
