How about allowing a link to another web page (like Darius's) or to a
prepared Word Document from the Baronial web page?  This could be done as
they become available, if Armand is willing to update the web page for this
purpose.

Then, have a few hard printouts at Baronial College for those who do not
have web access.

I think it is a good idea to take a deep breath, pause and consider all that
this job entails. It's a lot harder (and a heck of a lot more expensive)than
it looks.
