[Elfsea] Need Ride to Tor

I'm glad you worked it out. A couple of years after I
started playing, we had tremendous difficulties
getting to events. Logan had been injured in a car
wreck, we had a small child, and either unreliable
transportation or none at all. We went without a
phone for a while also, so of course, no email or list
to post to in order to ask for help getting to an
event. (Though one could argue that we couldn't
really afford the cost of an event if we couldn't
afford a phone. This is a topic for a different
conversation.)

Aside from that, it is easier for a person to carpool
with someone if they are not encumbered with children
and lots of gear. So I am more than willing to jump
in when I can to help someone who might otherwise not
have an offer of assistance in getting to an event.

I really regretted not being able to join all my
friends and feel I missed out on a lot. There are
many people in the Barony that seem new to me, but
have played for a while, and because I haven't always
been able to play as much as I would like, I seem new
to them.

Glad you will be able to make it. See ya' there,
sometime Friday... without the kitchen sink, I hope.
