[Elfsea] dreaded "P" word

It was a politically powerful but not very parlimentary perusal of the possibilities of principalities. The process was precedeeded by a production of pronouncements. Predicably, people's priorities prevented a proper and polite perusal. Pilory was predicted for the proponents. Perhaps a principality? The question asked, no answer predicted.
