[Elfsea] Keller Library Demo

I would prefer not to conflict with Crown Tourney. It
killed our "Scout Demo" and might do the same here.
Most of our people who go to all events/demos would be
at Crown.

Similarly, we should not conflict with any Elfsea or
Steppes events. Other events should be OK.
