Greetings all of Elfsea,
       If you want to know the future of your Barony, come to Guardian of the
Tor this weekend and MOOT Monday night. Their Majesties will be sitting in
state to speak with everyone on Saturday. There will be a formal review
Sunday. And a decision will be made Monday. Monday night we should all know
