[Elfsea] Waterbearing at Pennsic - skipping class

When was the last time you were ALLOWED to skip a class?  Never?

I have been assured by the Pennsic Waterbearer that anybody showing a
properly-marked and current Ansteorran Combat Authorization Card with the
Non-Contact Combat authorization, will be excused from the waterbearing
classes at Pennsic.  By this they will know that the bearer is properly
trained in waterbearing techniques.

Many persons were authorized at KRT this past weekend.  If you want to be
authorized before Pennsic, your only other opportunity will be to come and
work and learn at Steppes Artisan on August 2nd.  Sorry for the short
notice.

We're working on a schedule of classes between now and Gulf Wars, so that
anybody who wants to waterbear at GW will hopefully have a current card in
time to do so.  Stay tuned!  We are hoping to have the classes in every
region to enable the greatest number of persons to attend.  Contact the
Kingdom Waterbearer (crandall at elfsea.net) or the Kingdom Chirurgeon if you
want someone to teach in your area.
