My opinion if you intend on putting in a bid for any event you need the
approval of the Local Baron and Baroness and the local seneschal.

Question:  Is there any other circumstance, other than relying on the
Barony's Financial System (Accounts / Seed Money, etc.), where we (a
Group) would be required to gain the approval of the Baron and Baroness?
