[Elfsea] Newsletter options

It was and remains so.  Steppes is going virtual quite soon, but we're still
wrassling with that all-important "page two", which is stuffed with contact
information for people who really don't want to deal with any more spam.  
 
Passwords?
 
Delete it?

Wasn't one of the problems the posting of contact information? While printed
it has a limited availability, the web posting can be read (and spammed) by
anyone.
