Hello everyone!

I don't usually post here but I am in need of some assistance. I need a
way to contact His Excellency, Viscount Galen or the herald who was in
charge at 2001 Elfsea Defender. I need to get the exact date that
Sebastian and I received our Portculli for the OP out here in Atenveldt.
I know we both received them at Elfsea Defender in 2001. Since we don't
have the scrolls anymore, we need confirmation from either Their
Excellencies Galen & Allesandra or the herald in charge.
