Master Phillip is at the top of my list of individuals to contact once we have assesed intrest in this project, not only as Regional Seneschall but as a Past Member of the Three bridges populace who did much of the dirt work to make it exist in the first place.
He would rate I think, as a "Dean of the College of Three Bridges" just for his past service to the group.

Master Philip is also the Central Regional Seneschal, so is therefore a logical person to speak to as well. Not to mention the fact that he is an alumnus ot UTA.
There may be some money in the SCA-UTA account, if that wasn't closed, and there should be some dedicated funds in the Baronial Account for ThreeBridges. Countess Allyson is also an alumnus.

You might talk to Philip also. He knows the rules pretty well. If I were doing this, I would set up the student side as a Medieval historical group or even SCA-UTA without reactivating Three Bridges. Get it running and healthy. That will get us on campus anytime we need to be. Then, if the desire is there from the members of that group, reactivate Three Bridges. We can get all the benefits with the SCA-UTA group only and they can all be members of Elfsea directly.

Very cool would you two be interested in helping reorginaze the college? I am thinking of starting the reorganization from the SCA side first then getting the formal campus student group started again for use of facilities and such. Robert Fitzmorgan is staff as well so between the two of us setting up[ a staff advisor should not be difficult but for the student group they require a core of at least 8 students and a total group size including staff, and faculty to be 10 to start out. They are kinda vauge on the status of Alumni within the student groups but I believe the student group would welcom any Alumni support and participation. and I am sure the SCA side (being Three bridges itself not SCA-UTA) welcomes the Alumni to come play.

Would any students attending UTA contact me off list concerning intrest in the College of Three Bridges? Staff and Faculty and interested alumni may join in as well.
