[Elfsea] Regarding Authorizations

Good Gentles All,

Currently the two available Authorizing Marshals in our area are Don
Valentyn Drake (Elfsea) and Her Grace, Duchess Conal O'Rhiordan (Steppes).
In order to be authorized to fight in tournament/war, etc., one of these two
marshals must both fight with you and observe your fighting to their
satisfaction.

You will need to make an appointment in order to work with the authorizing
marshal as most times they will require more than one practice to observe
your fighting. Please bear in mind they are responsible for making sure
fighters enter the field knowing the rules and fighting safely and fairly.
If a marshal has never practiced with you, they will surely need time to
make an accurate assessment, both for your safety and your fellow fighters'.
