[Elfsea] Baronial Awards for A&S and Martial activites

Not a bad idea, I think.  I know of at least one Barony that did something similar.  Dun Or, in Caid, had baronial awards in the shape of Oreo cookies (Dun Oreos), and they came in different colors for different awards: red for fighting, black for service, green for arts.

Their reasoning was to have a single award that was easily recognized as being from them, with only a single submission for approval.

Of course, I think Towers have considerably more dignity and panache than Oreo cookies as awards....
