[Elfsea] Defender events, activities, etc.

Hi everyone. 

Plans for Elfsea Defender  (September 26-28) at Canton Trade Days, are coming along. Please make sure to contact me directly if you want to have any activities at defender. I want to make sure all the space that you require is available and that it gets put on the website and schedule. 

The list field will be large, but due to the fact that we are not having the hall, most things will be taking place around the list field. For this reason we are mapping out where things go. If you are a barony, household, other large group, or are hosting an activity please contact me so I can protect/reserve your spot on the list field. Then all you have to do is show up by the start of Opening Court on Saturday and your spot will be marked and roped off. What ever space is left over will be opened up to individuals on the day of the event and any reserved space not filled by the time fighting starts will be given away. 

Please Let me know if you have a period pavilion that you would be willing to lend to the event. We had hopes of getting a large pavilion to put on the list field for the Hafla and general seating during the day. It looks like we won't get that pavilion now. So please...please help us. Thank you

Please attend the planning meeting tomorrow at Elspeth's home at 7:30. If she would be so kind to post directions I would greatly appreciate it.
