[Elfsea] Tuesday Night Practice in Steppes

We held the Tuesday night practice last night and there was a
wonderful turnout. Along with about a dozen of the rapier folk
who are usually there, seven armored fighters attended in
spite of it being announced at the last minute.  Sir Killian, the
visiting knight from Trimaris, fought as well as a squire from
Atlantia.
 
The park is beautiful with huge shade trees and good lighting
(when the lights actually come on) and covered pavillions for
bad weather. It is located close to downtown Dallas so the 
drive isn't too bad for eastern Steppes or Elfsea fighters.
 
The rapier folk had such luminaries as Don Brendan and
Don Ingve giving instruction.
 
Afterwards several of the fighters went to Stan's Blue Note
for drinks and food.
 
I really like the park and area and will continue to host fighter
practice there until Duke Inman resumes practices.
Everyone is invited to come out and play with us.
