[Elfsea] Boy Scout Demo

Excellent, thank you for coming to help.  We will be starting set up around 12 (noon) on that friday.  we will have shed loading on the thursday night before, at around 6:00 pm.

we should still have set up work after 5:00 pm on friday evening, and could use some help.  It would be fun to have you at dinner friday night, too  :)

If you come friday afternoon, or anytime, just call me to meet you and get your wrist bands.  817-760-3954. It is preferable to meet friday to do this, saturday will be very busy.

See you soon, and the lampwork demo would be great.... I will forward that to the A & S officer, who is coordinating that portion.

Greetings!  Duncan de Bard and I are 
interested in participating in the Elfsea Boy Scout demo and
the meal plan, but would be daytrippers (we don't 
live far from the site, being in
Flower Mound).  Our girls will not be 
available (they have a GS camping trip that 
weekend). 
Obviously one of us needs to go to Moot to pay for meals and get wristbands, 
but who should we contact for more 
information?
 
 He would like 
to set up a demo of lampwork there. We could 
probably come the night
before to set up and have dinner, depending on the 
time.
