[Elfsea] Royal Lancer clarification

Greetings unto Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor from Alejandro y Amalia,

We recently were made aware our prior missive was not clear as to our 
request for comment.  We are wanting to hear your opinions regarding Elfsea 
hosting Royal Lancer in conjunction with Elfsea Defender on the weekend of 
April 6th, 2013.  Bids for Royal Lancer are due by the end of this month, so 
please send commentary to ourselves and Her Ladyship Elspeth. You may also 
reply directly to this missive.
