[Elfsea] DFT Rapier Tourney

This sunday, the Canton of Dragonsfire Tor
 will be having populace in the park.  In conjunction with this, we are 
hosting a newcomers rapier tourney.  Anyone who has been fighting for a 
year or less is welcome to attend.  Fighters who have been out for over a
 year are welcome to come as our veterans will be on hand to practice 
with.  So come out and have fun with the Tor!
