[Elfsea] Bank account authorization

questions for whoever can provide an answer: 1) can I go to the bank myself to sign a signature card for our bank accounts or does someone already on the account have to go with me? and 2) am I going to the branch shown on the business card (4351 Western Center Blvd)?  If someone needs to be with me, I am available at any time.
