[Elfsea] Coronet design

Greetings all!

It has been almost 2 months since we announced the Coronet design
competition....We will be meeting for Populace in less then 2 weeks.....
the deadline for designs is this populace, June 23rd.

If you cannot draw, bring your ideas!!! We will be getting them to Master
Aethelstan to see what works, and then present two different ideas for a
vote.

We cannot wait to see the ideas!!!!
