[Elfsea] Elfsea Baronial College

[Seneschal of Elfsea]

Greetings;

     Bids were submitted, discussions ensued, questions were asked, and
mostly answered and a decision was made based on the Populace's vote.  Lord
Vittorio Dona will be the Event Steward for our next Baronial College on 23
August 2014.
     Please step-up and give him all the support you can.  He will need
people for set-up and tear down, gate, etc. and of course teachers.
