[Elfsea] May Tidings - final submissions

[Chronicler of Elfsea via Elfsea]

Any final submissions for the Tidings need to be in  by Midnight tomorrow
for inclusion in the May Issue.

The one exception to this deadline is the Letters of Intent.

Any Letter of intent received as a text file will  be published using the
standard newsletter font (Delius Swash Caps) unless another specific font
is requested. Letters of intent can also be sent as an image file with the
following requirements (because the newsletter is compiled on a GoogleDoc
before it is rendered as a .pdf file):

Images must be less than 2 MB in size and be one of the following file
types:

   - .gif (not animated)
   - .jpg
   - .png


Letters of Intent will be published in alphabetical order using the first
name of the lady. Any lords offering Letters of Intent alone will be listed
alphabetically after the pairs.

As a courtesy, please also send in a picture so that Letters of Intent may
be matched with faces. These will be captioned with names and placed ahead
of the letters of intent.

Please also send in the appropriate releases, creative (Letters) and Model
(photographs) - if the photograph is from the collection of Caelin on
Andrede then I have the photography release
